Asbestos removal process

Asbestos Removal

Eaves – Many buildings in Perth were built with Asbestos Eave linings, these are easily removed so that they can be replaced with a safe alternative.

Cladding – The linings and external cladding of many verandas’, lean-tos’, and out buildings were also constructed with Asbestos Sheeting. 

Roofing – Corrugated panels or shingles used from the 1940’s and the 1980’s and occasionally later years was also known to contain asbestos. 

Fencing –  corrugated fence panels or sheeting often contained asbestos in the early years.

Permits

A demolition permit must be obtained prior to demolition of most buildings. We can advise what’s required for your project and take care of obtaining the required permits. The costs for us obtaining the required permits will be included in our quotation.
